REAL MADRID KNOCKED DOWN ATHLETICO MADRID IN THE SUPER CUP FINAL!!!
The 2019-20 Super copa de Espana goes in the hand of Real Madrid.
Real Madrid won #SupercopadeEspana last night in King Abdullah Sports City,Jeddah.
Real Madrid snatched the trophy after defeating Athletico Madrid in the tiebreakers. Despite of lacking the star players like Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Real Madrid still managed to win the competitive final.

Game Summary:
After the goalless 90 minutes, extra time of 30 minutes was added. Still both the sides couldn’t score a single. Real Madrid’s midfielder Federico Valverde got red card and sent off after the dangerous tackle to Alvaro Morata. Real Madrid became one man down for the last 5 minutes. Though both team got many chances, they couldn’t score a goal in each other’s post.
After a breathtaking 120 minutes, the game proceeded to tie breakers. From the Los Balncos’ side, all the 4 players Dani Carvajal, Rodrygo, Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos scored. Unfortunately, Savic and Thoms Partey missed the penalty which costs Athletico to lose the trophy from the hand.Federico Valverde who was the man to see, was awarded man of the match.
After this victory, Real Madrid equalized the trophy with their rivals FC Barcelona. FC Barcelona has won total of 91 trophies in its career. Real Madrid had won 90. After last night’s victory in the Spanish Super Cup final. They made it 91.
Real Madrid are in their best form. Real Madrid has won their 16 consecutive matches since their defeat with Mallorca in laliga.
