Hold your breathe, the waiting is over, the beloved High School drama of 2019 will release its season 2, today. Netflix will release the series all at once which is of six episodes.
“Love Alarm” the Netflix’s first Korean Series which aired on Netflix on August 22, 2019 is a Romantic South Korean Web-Television Series which reflects High School Love, starring Kim So-Hyun as Kim Jo-Jo, Jung Ga-ram as Lee Hye-young and Song Kang as Hwang Sun-oh.
Kim So Hyun started her acting career as a child at the age of 7 and has appeared in many dramas like Moon Embracing The Sun, Rooftop Prince, Love Again, I Can Hear Your Voice, Who Are You: School 2015, Page Turner, While You Were Sleeping, Love Alarm, Tale Of Nodku, Moon Embracing The Sun and many more. So Hyun has been nicknamed as ”Nation’s Little Sister” and “Queen Of Child Actresses”.
Song Kang started his acting since 2017 and has appeared in dramas like, The Liar and His Lover, Touch your Heart, Man In The Kitchen, Love Alarm, Sweet Home, Navillera.
Jung Ga-ram started acting since 2011, and has appeared in dramas like High Kick: revenge of the Short Legged, The Heirs, Standby, Bingoo, Mistress, Love Alarm, When The Camellia Blooms.
Love Alarm’s first season aired on Netflix on August 22, which is of eight episodes. The series is based on the web-toon and follows the life of a high school girl Jo-jo. Jo-jo is pretty and smart girl, orphan, lives with her aunt which is not easy for her. On the other hand Sun-oh is the popular male student who attends the same school as Jo-jo but is not loved by his parents. His best friend Hye-young attends the same school who likes Jo-jo. But later Jo-jo dates Sun-oh who doesn’t know about the feelings of Hye-young.
A student creates the cellphone app Joalarm which becomes popular in the high-school. If someone likes you and he/she is near you within 10 meters, the app’s alarm rings which shows how many people like you, but it doesn’t reveal the specific details on who likes you.
Here’s the plot twist, by the end of the series we can see that Jo-jo and Sun-oh aren’t together and she’s close to Hye-young but Sun-oh still rings Jo-jo’s alarm which makes us curious about what happen? And how could Jo-jo leave Sun-oh and many more. 
Fans are curious about the guy that Jo-jo will end up with. Just by eight episodes ‘Love Alarm’ has won our heart and of course the credit goes to the casts and the whole team of the series, and finally after 2 years they back. Whatever the ending is we wish that it’s as amazing as season one or even better. Hwaiting!!
