WordPress maintenance and security, from US$89 a month.
We keep WordPress sites updated, backed up, secure and fast, and we fix them when something breaks. Two monthly plans, a one-off review if you only need a check-up, and the same team every time you write in.
WordPress runs a large share of the web because it is easy to start with. It is less easy to keep. Plugins go out of date, a theme stops being maintained, the PHP version on the server moves on, and one day an update breaks the checkout or the contact form, or a forgotten plugin lets someone in. None of this is hard to prevent. It just has to be done every month by someone who knows what they are looking at.
That is the whole job of a care plan. Before every update we take a backup. We update WordPress core, plugins and themes, then check the pages that make you money still work. We scan for malware, close the common holes — weak logins, exposed files, unused plugins, wrong file permissions — and watch the site so we hear about an outage before your customers do.
None of this is hard to prevent. It just has to be done every month.
We know WordPress from the inside. This site ran on WordPress for years before we moved it to our own stack ourselves, so we have done the routine work and the messy work: plugin conflicts, hacked installs, slow databases, broken migrations. We still look after WordPress sites for clients, because for many businesses it remains the right tool.
If you are not sure what state your site is in, start with a one-off review. We go through the install, the plugins, the hosting and the security settings, and hand back a plain list of what needs doing and in what order. You can act on it with us, with your own developer, or not at all.

Before you sign up
- What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
- Standard keeps the site updated, backed up, scanned and monitored. Premium adds a staging copy so updates are tested before they reach the live site, firewall and login protection, speed work, PHP and major-version upgrades, priority fixes and a regular review call. Shops, membership sites and anything that takes payments usually belong on Premium.
- My site has been hacked. Can you help?
- Yes. Malware clean-up is a one-off job: we remove the infection, find how it got in, close that hole, change the credentials and request a review from Google if the site was flagged. After that, a care plan stops it happening again.
- Do we need to move hosting?
- No. We work on the hosting you already have, whether that is shared cPanel hosting, a managed WordPress host or your own server. If the hosting itself is the problem we will say so and can move the site for you, but it is never a condition of the plan.
- Is there a contract?
- Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and you can stop at the end of any month. The site, the hosting and every login stay in your name; when you leave, nothing of yours stays with us.
- Which countries do you work with?
- Any. Most of our clients are in Nepal, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. The work is remote and Nepal runs at UTC+5:45, so routine updates happen outside your business hours.
Tell us about the site.
The address, what it runs on (shop, membership, blog), and anything that is broken or worrying you. We reply with the plan that fits, or a fixed quote for a one-off job.
