Data & Account Deletion

This page explains how to ask Lattice Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) to delete your account and the personal data held against it in any application or service we publish. If you only used our website — for example, you sent a message through the contact form — see the Privacy Policy instead.
How to Request Deletion
If the app you used has a delete-account option in its settings, that is the fastest route — use it, and the steps below happen automatically. Otherwise, email us and we will handle it for you:
- Write to info@latticenepal.com with “Delete my account” in the subject line.
- Tell us the name of the app or service and the email address or username the account was registered under, so we can find it.
- Send the request from the email address on the account where possible. If you cannot, we may ask one or two questions to confirm the account is yours before we delete it.
What Gets Deleted
When we action a request, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your profile and account details — name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Content you created in the app that is personal to your account.
- Preferences and settings stored against your account.
What We Keep, and For How Long
A small amount of data may be kept after your account is deleted, only where we are required or permitted to hold it:
- Legal and accounting records — such as invoices or transaction records we must retain under Nepali tax and company law, kept for the period the law requires.
- Encrypted backups — your data may persist in routine system backups until those backups are rotated out, normally within 30 days, after which it is overwritten.
- Aggregated, anonymised data — usage counts that can no longer be linked to you as an individual.
How Long It Takes
We confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If a request is complex or we need to verify your identity first, we will tell you and keep you updated. There is no charge for a deletion request.
