Bharatpur is where the studio operates from, and it is a deliberate base rather than a sales territory drawn on a map. It is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan cities in Nepal, the commercial centre of Chitwan, with a generation of businesses — clinics, traders, schools, hospitality along the Narayanghat corridor — that have outgrown a Facebook page but have been underserved by the kind of software studio that usually only operates out of the capital. We work here so those businesses do not have to send their software work three hours up the highway and hope it comes back maintained.

The work we do from here is the whole arc, not a slice of it. We write the frontend in Next.js and React, the API in FastAPI, and the database in PostgreSQL, then run the result on servers we manage ourselves — on the platform the project needs, whether that is shared hosting, a VPS, or cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or DigitalOcean. This site is the proof: the Lattice journal and this studio run on the exact stack we sell, served from our own hosting, migrated off WordPress by the same people who would migrate yours. Security is part of the brief on every server we touch — firewalls, patching and access controls set up before a site goes live, not after something goes wrong.

A clinic in Chitwan that needs an appointment system, a trader who needs an app and a website that never disagree about a price, a school that wants to move off scattered spreadsheets — these are application problems, and we solve them here in full. We scope each piece in writing before any code is written, ship in small pieces you can open in a browser early on a staging URL, and hand over work published under your own accounts, never locked to us. Plenty of Chitwan businesses also carry the same quiet problem we untangle everywhere in Nepal: nobody is sure who controls the domain, the business email lands in spam, and a site built years ago has started to drift. We hold domains in your own name, set up email that actually arrives, and either rebuild what has stalled or tell you honestly it is worth saving.

The work runs as a mix of on-site and remote. We come to a business to map how it actually flows — the manual step that eats the most time, the register kept by hand, the tool only one person knows — then build and deploy remotely against the same infrastructure we run for every other client. Being present in Chitwan rather than only reachable by phone is the difference between scoping a system properly and guessing at it from a distance. The studio is registered in Kathmandu, and we work there too, but Bharatpur is the base the day-to-day runs from.
