Who We Are

Lattice Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a software studio registered in Nepal (Office of the Company Registrar no. 358993), with its registered office at Kathmandu 44600 and its operating base at Bharatpur-12, Chitwan. We build and run web and mobile products, host and maintain them, and publish the Lattice journal.

Using This Website

You may read, link to, and share the pages on this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

The Lattice Journal

Articles in the Lattice journal are published for general information. We take care to source them, but they are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and we do not warrant that every article is complete or free of error. Where an article cites a rule, price, or institution, verify it against the official source before you act on it.

Client Work and Engagements

Paid work is governed by a separate written scope and agreement signed with the client, not by this page. Where a signed agreement and these terms conflict on a specific engagement, the signed agreement governs that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a fixed quotation; we price each piece of work after a written scope.

Accounts and Apps

Where we provide an application or a service that lets you create an account, you are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not use the service unlawfully or on behalf of someone else without their permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

You can ask us to close your account and delete its data at any time. See Data & Account Deletion for how to make the request and what is removed.

Intellectual Property

The design, text, and code of this website are the property of Lattice Nepal Pvt. Ltd., except where a third party is credited. Work we build for a client is handed over to that client under the terms of their engagement and published under their own accounts — it is not held by us. Do not reproduce our own site content in bulk without permission; short quotations with a link back are welcome.

Third-Party Services and Links

This site and our apps rely on third-party services — among them Google Analytics, Tawk.to, Cloudinary, and Firebase — each governed by its own terms and privacy policy, set out in our Privacy Policy. We also link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services and sites.

Disclaimers and Liability

The website, the journal, and any app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or an app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Nepal.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
