The app is built by one team against one server, the website by another against a second, and within months the price on the app, the stock count on the site, and the booking in the office are three different answers to the same question. We build the app and the web product against a single back end — one FastAPI service, one PostgreSQL database — so there is one source of truth and nothing to reconcile by hand.
For most Nepali businesses a cross-platform build is the right call: one codebase ships to both the App Store and Google Play, which keeps the cost and the maintenance to a single track rather than paying twice for the same screens. Where a feature genuinely needs native performance or a platform capability the cross-platform layer cannot reach, we say so and build that part native. We will not push you toward whichever is more billable; we scope the app to what it actually has to do.
A mobile build includes the parts that are easy to forget until launch week — the App Store and Play Console accounts set up under your own name, the listing copy and screenshots, the review submission, and the back-and-forth with Apple and Google when they ask questions. Push notifications, offline behaviour and authentication are scoped up front, not bolted on later. We hand over apps published under your developer accounts, not ours, so you are never locked to us to push an update.
After launch an app is never finished — the operating systems move every year, and a build that worked in one iOS version needs a small fix to keep working in the next. We keep apps current under a maintenance arrangement, and because we also run the server behind them, a change that touches both the app and the website is one piece of work by one team, not a negotiation between two vendors.

- Should I build a native or a cross-platform app?
- For most businesses, cross-platform is the better value: one codebase serves both iOS and Android, so you build and maintain once instead of twice. We go native only for the specific features that need it, and we tell you up front which parts those are rather than over-building.
- Can the app and my website share the same data?
- Yes, and this is how we prefer to build. The app and the web product run on one FastAPI back end and one PostgreSQL database, so a price, a stock level or a booking is the same everywhere. There is no second server to keep in sync.
- Who owns the App Store and Play Store listings?
- You do. We set up the Apple and Google developer accounts under your own name and publish the app there, so you keep control of the listings and can move to another developer without losing them.
