Off spreadsheets, onto software you own.

We move Nepali businesses off paper, scattered spreadsheets and ageing tools onto software they actually own — the worst bottleneck first, proven, before the next one.

Legacy → Software

Most businesses in Nepal do not run on software so much as around it. The real system is a spreadsheet emailed between three people, a register the front desk keeps by hand, a tool that only one staff member knows how to operate, and a stack of paper that has to be reconciled at the end of every month. None of it is owned in any real sense — it is held together by the habits of whoever happens to still be there. Digital transformation, stripped of the buzzword, is replacing that with software the business controls.

The wrong way to do it is the big-bang rebuild: a year-long project to replace everything at once, which the team cannot adopt fast enough and which collapses under its own scope. We do the opposite. We map how the work actually flows today, find the single worst bottleneck — the manual step that eats the most time or causes the most errors — and replace just that with software the team can own. We prove it works in the real business before touching anything else, then move to the next bottleneck. Progress is visible in weeks, not promised in a year.

The unglamorous, decisive part is the data and the people. Years of records living in old tools and spreadsheets have to be migrated cleanly, not retyped, and we move them so nothing is lost in the switch. Rollouts are staged so the team is never asked to learn everything at once, and every handover includes training and documentation so the new system belongs to your staff rather than to us. The goal is software your people run confidently after we step back — owned, understood, and maintainable — not another tool only one person knows how to use.

Common questions

What clients ask

Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and we advise against it. We map your current workflow, replace the single worst bottleneck first, prove it works in your real business, then move to the next. You see results in weeks, and the team adopts the change at a pace it can actually keep up with.
What happens to the data in our old spreadsheets and tools?
We migrate it cleanly into the new system rather than asking anyone to retype it. Years of records move across with the rollout, and we plan the switch so nothing is lost in the changeover.
Will our staff be able to run it without you?
That is the goal. Every rollout is staged and includes training and documentation, so the software belongs to your team. We build it to be owned and maintained by your people, not to keep you dependent on us.
