Software development for Australian businesses, built in Nepal.
Australian founders and agencies use us as their engineering team: web applications, mobile apps and the cloud they run on, built by a small named team in Nepal whose working day overlaps yours.
Australia is the easiest Western market to work with from Nepal, and the reason is the clock. When we start at nine, it is early afternoon in Sydney and lunchtime in Perth, so a stand-up, a design review or a bug report lands inside both teams’ working hours. There is no midnight call and no day-long wait for an answer. Across the east coast you get roughly three to four hours of live overlap a day — a little less from October to April, when daylight saving moves Sydney and Melbourne an hour further ahead — and Perth shares most of the working day.
Australian buyers rarely doubt that a Nepal team can write code. What they want to know is whether the work will be done properly: in their own repositories, deployed to their own AWS or Google Cloud account, reviewed before it ships, and still maintained a year later. That is the only way we work. You own the code, the cloud account, the app-store listings and the domain from the first day.
If your product handles personal information, the Privacy Act 1988 still applies when the work is done offshore. Australian Privacy Principle 8 expects you to take reasonable steps to make sure an overseas recipient handles that information in line with the Principles. We make that easy to show: we sign your NDA and data-handling terms before any access is granted, work inside your accounts rather than copying data out, keep access to the people on your team, and remove it the day an engagement ends.

Dedicated team
A small team of engineers — typically two to six — working only on your product under your direction, billed at a flat monthly rate. We handle the hiring, the management and the cover when someone is out; you get the output and the roadmap.

Build your idea
A defined product or MVP built from a written scope and a fixed price. Right when you know what you want, need it shipped, and would rather buy an outcome than manage a team day to day.

Roadmap & feasibility
A short paid engagement for founders with an idea and no technical plan. We test the idea, draft the IT roadmap, and tell you honestly what it takes — a document you own and can act on with us or anyone else.

The first 30 days
- 01
Scope
We agree the exact thing to build and what "done" means before any code is written.
- 02
Build
We ship in small, reviewable pieces you can see early, not one big reveal at the end.
- 03
Ship
We deploy to a real server, with a runbook anyone on the team can follow.
- 04
Run
We host it, back it up, and fix it when it breaks. The work does not stop at launch.
What Australia clients ask
- What hours do you work with Australian teams?
- Nepal is UTC+5:45 and does not use daylight saving. Our 9 am is 1:15 pm in Sydney and Melbourne (2:15 pm during daylight saving) and 11:15 am in Perth. We keep calls and reviews in our morning so they fall in your afternoon, and agree the exact window before work starts.
- How do we stay compliant with the Privacy Act when the team is overseas?
- APP 8 asks you to take reasonable steps so an overseas recipient handles personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We sign your data-handling terms, work inside your own cloud accounts, limit access to named engineers and revoke it at the end of the engagement. We are engineers, not lawyers, so your own adviser should confirm the contract wording.
- Can you work alongside our in-house developers or agency?
- Yes. Many Australian clients keep a product owner or a lead developer in-house and use us as the team that builds and maintains. We work in your Git host, your issue tracker and your Slack or Teams, follow your review rules, and write handoff notes at the end of each day so nothing waits on a call.
- How is the work priced?
- Either a flat monthly rate for a dedicated team, or a fixed price for a written scope. Both are quoted in writing before you commit. You will not get an hourly timesheet to audit.
Tell us what you need built.
A few lines is enough. We reply with a plain read of the work and, if it fits, a written scope and price — not a sales call.
