Offshore software development for US companies, built in Nepal.
US founders and product teams use us to build web applications, mobile apps and the AWS infrastructure under them. The time difference is real, and we plan around it rather than pretend it is not there.
The United States is the hardest time zone to work with from Nepal, and we would rather say so up front. Nepal is nearly ten hours ahead of New York and nearly thirteen ahead of San Francisco. What works is a short fixed overlap — the start of the East Coast day is our evening, and we keep an hour or two there for calls — and a disciplined written handoff for everything else. You end your day with a list of questions; you start the next one with the answers and the code in a pull request.
That rhythm suits some teams better than others. It works well for a product with a clear owner who can write a decent ticket, for a fixed-scope build, and for maintenance and infrastructure work that does not need someone in a meeting. It works badly for a team that decides everything in a live call. We will tell you which one you are in the first conversation, not three months in.
Contracting is simple. Lattice Nepal is a registered Nepal company, so you are buying services from a foreign business rather than employing anyone: we give you a W-8BEN-E for your records, sign your NDA and IP assignment, and invoice monthly or against milestones. If your product handles health records under HIPAA or card data under PCI DSS, tell us at the start — it changes how access is set up, and we will say plainly if it is work we should not take on.

However ready you are
- 01
Dedicated team
A small team of engineers — typically two to six — working only on your product under your direction, billed at a flat monthly rate. We handle the hiring, the management and the cover when someone is out; you get the output and the roadmap.

Build your idea
A defined product or MVP built from a written scope and a fixed price. Right when you know what you want, need it shipped, and would rather buy an outcome than manage a team day to day.

Roadmap & feasibility
A short paid engagement for founders with an idea and no technical plan. We test the idea, draft the IT roadmap, and tell you honestly what it takes — a document you own and can act on with us or anyone else.

The first 30 days
- 01
Scope
We agree the exact thing to build and what "done" means before any code is written.
- 02
Build
We ship in small, reviewable pieces you can see early, not one big reveal at the end.
- 03
Ship
We deploy to a real server, with a runbook anyone on the team can follow.
- 04
Run
We host it, back it up, and fix it when it breaks. The work does not stop at launch.
What United States clients ask
- How do you handle the time difference with the US?
- Nepal is UTC+5:45 with no daylight saving. The start of the US East Coast day falls in our evening, and we hold a fixed window there for calls. For the West Coast, late afternoon your time is early morning ours. Everything outside that window runs on written handoffs, so work moves while you sleep.
- What paperwork do we need to pay a company in Nepal?
- We are a registered company in Nepal, so you pay us as a foreign vendor. We provide a W-8BEN-E form, sign your NDA, master services agreement and IP assignment, and invoice in US dollars by international bank transfer. Your accountant should confirm how the payments are treated on your side.
- Do you build on AWS?
- Yes. Most of our infrastructure work is on AWS, and we also work on Google Cloud, Azure and DigitalOcean. Everything is set up in your own account with infrastructure written down, so another team could take it over. We also run a separate AWS cost review if your bill has grown faster than your traffic.
- Is this cheaper than hiring in the US?
- Yes, by a wide margin, but that is the wrong reason to choose a team. What the lower rate buys, done properly, is a longer runway and a team you keep for years. We quote the monthly figure in writing before you commit.
Tell us what you need built.
A few lines is enough. We reply with a plain read of the work and, if it fits, a written scope and price — not a sales call.
